A disturbance with tropical moisture from td 5 has resulted in training storms across southern ky with hvy rains. Some locations have already had a few inches of rain today with more showers expected. the result has been some flooding across the region today check the comments for nws text on your flood warning and my updated thoughts as the day progresses.
