  LAUREL…MCCREARY…PULASKI…WAYNE AND WHITLEY. IN SOUTHEAST
  KENTUCKY…BELL…CLAY…FLOYD…HARLAN…KNOTT…KNOX…

* THROUGH MONDAY MORNING

* A SLOW MOVING STORM SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE RAIN IN THE FORM OF

  POTENTIAL TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF AREA CREEKS AND STREAMS.

TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
