storm tracks for the next two storms

1. The first storm is Monday which will cut into the Ohio Valley all of the 12z models have gone to this.

we end up with a cold rain or a mix to rain.

2. the second storm ( next thu-fri) I took out of the forecast however it’s back on with the 18z gfs close to my thoughts now. the 12z euro brought in too much arctic air to suppress the storm, 00z cmc didn’t capture the low at all and the jma was suppressed. Much colder air will work in next week so this a snow or no snow deal with a storm track to far south which would cause the no snow. here is a very early map for this storm.

the 14 day forecast will have day to day details.  Next post will be late Thursday night. Don’t forget about the chance for light snow Friday night with minor accums.
