– part 1 winding down with widespread reports of over 6 inches in the east

– there was quite a variation in storm totals so far

– most areas west of 1-75 missed out

why some of us didn’t get the potential totals

– temps stayed a degree or two warmer than expected

– 540 thickness line slow to move through causing a delay f0r a changeover

– wet ground hindered accums

on the other hand the map was correct for several locations.

    snow tonight lookign less impressive with most in the 1 zone on the wrong side of an inch. 18z nam qpf backed off a bit.
