tech difficulties resolved

by

there were some issues with wordpress the provider of this blog earlier tonight. In the event the site is down for whatever reason i will update on my twitter account mwgaines.

1. tuesday the upper low will move little across the ohio valley several disturbances, mini troughs and boundaries will travel around it sparking periods of showers and storms throughout the day. i expect more slow movers with the threat of more flood adv’s, coverage should be 60%. I will post flood adv’s as my computer access dictates, with a morning drive from versailles to bowling green and afternoon classes.

2.  the upper low will weaken for wednesday lowering our storm chances to about 40%. highs will range around 80 tuesday with quite a variety due to storms and in the lower to mid 80’s wed.

3.  thursday and friday will see typical late summer days with low to mid 80’s for highs and fair skies.

4. PATTERN CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m really getting tired of this stagnate weather pattern. By next weekend a powerful front with a fall chill behind it comes blasting through, a tropical system may be organizing in the western gulf and get pulled into the front. there is fairly good model agreement with this set-up as well. our focus by tommorow’s update should turn to this, which to me at least is quite a bit more fun to analyze.
